Hello all,

I'm looking into attending graduate school in the British Isles within the next 2-3 years and Trinity College Dublin is one of the schools that has caught my eye.  Does anyone have any information on TCD or knows anyone who attends or has attended there?  I've looked through their website and was very impressed by their Masters Program for Medieval Languages and Literature (my area of study).  One thing that makes me a little nervous though is the fact that TCD is right in the city.  I've lived in the country for the majority of my life and haven't had much experience in major cities.  Nevertheless, I'm hoping to plan a visit to both this and other schools in the British Isles once I have both the time and funds, but any information you can give me beforehand would be great.

Thanks a bunch! Smiley

All I can tell you is that I knew a couple of Irish folks who went there and they thought very highly of it.

I would pm Maggie. I've seen some interesting posts from Maggie about studying abroad on the CW-forum. Good chance she can tell you more about the college too and advice.

Btw, beautiful profile pic!  Smiley

I certainly didn't know that.  Thanks for the info. Smiley  Edit: I may be wrong, but I believe Méav and David Downes went there too?

To MaryN. : Thanks!  I'll see if I can take a look into them. Smiley

Correct in both cases, I believe. David studied music, and Meav studied law.

I read somewhere that Lynn went to Trinity College, as well. Graduated in 2004, I believe.

If I had known so many Celtic Woman performers studied at Trinity College, I would have gone too  Wink. I guess I graduated from the wrong schools  Cry
