I am watching PBS right now and they just advertised it, but they called it "The Irish Eyes Are Smiling" This may be different because I did not see Moya, but it is the same time slot that Music Of Ireland is scheduled to be on.

Just went and checked WOSU and it is not the same thing.

So guess I will have to keep looking for Music Of Ireland

Hey Rick, what is up with WOSU.  They are supposed to be showing Music of Ireland, Welcome Home.  I'm sure the other show about Irish Eyes are Smilin will be good, but Music of Ireland was supposed to be scheduled for March 5th or 6th. Hmm...don't get it.

It would seem WOSU and RMPBS are reading out of the same manual. Apparently they are not interested. Well, that is OK as there are plenty of PBS station that are and we will support them!

I am not sure what is going on. It does upset me too. I do plan to watch tonight and hope that Music Of Ireland does come on.

Rick, I watched "When Irish Eyes are Smilin" last night. It was hosted by Patty Duke.  It was actually very good. Lots of songs by the Clancy Brothers and The Dubliners as well as others. The CD and DVD look like they are pretty good. The CD has Hayley Westenra doing one song. I noticed there is at least one by Secret Garden and a bunch by Bing Crosby. Looks pretty good. I still wish they would air "Music of Ireland."  Maybe I just need to be patient.

When Irish Eyes are Smiling is on my local station right now but I am watching something else so I can't watch but hope that it is on again. Aren't you in the Columbus area? It was suppose to have been aired last night, according to the website. Well, keep and eye out, might show up sometime, otherwise you can always buy it.

I have seen bits and pieces. I did see one group on there and thought they were really good. I have to catch it so I can find out who they are.

There is a Barnes and Noble Exclusive Deluxe Edition of this on Ebay.   There is a cd and dvd in the package.
The seller has 10 available (Ebay item number 310207531355).
CD track 6 is "Forgotten" by Orla Fallon.
